Astral Travel

The ability to astral travel is merely a means of projecting the consciousness out of the physical body and into the universe around you.  This helps us to become aware not only of our own consciousness, but also our Oneness with all of creation and to realize our own divinity. We all travel on the astral plane at night while we sleep but one can be trained to do this consciously. In this way, we can learn things about ourselves and the universe by visiting the astral world.

This class helps to shed light on the understanding of the Astral Plane. The class will cover proper techniques for achieving effective astral projection. Methods are taught to keep the practitioner safe during their journey. The instructor will assist the students so that they can be sure that their practice was accurate and informative. Some topics included in this course are: the Astral Plane and its functions, methods of travel, how to interact with the Universe, human consciousness, how to stay safe while travelling, rules for having a positive experience, and how to retain information gathered.
